Stand-Alone Drone Work

For clients who only need aerial coverage, our stand-alone drone service is billed at a flat rate of $200 per hour (1-hour minimum). Each flight includes pre-flight planning, on-site setup, and post-flight file delivery in your preferred format. Whether you need high-resolution photography, aerial mapping, or cinematic video, we’ll handle every detail from take-off to touch-down. Our FAA Part 107-certified operations ensure every flight is conducted safely, legally, and efficiently — giving you stunning results without any guesswork. (No half-hour rates. Each flight is billed per hour of operation.)

Full Video production package

If you’re booking a full-scale production with us, drone coverage can be added as a flat $500 package upgrade — no hourly tracking required. This add-on is perfect for clients who want aerial establishing shots, vehicle tracking, or cinematic overheads seamlessly integrated into their main shoot. It includes multiple flights throughout the production day and post-production color matching to ensure the drone footage blends perfectly with your ground cameras. By combining drone operations with your production day, you get the best value and most cohesive final product — all under one creative team.
+$500 add on

1. Are you FAA-certified?

Yes — we’re fully FAA Part 107 certified and registered for commercial drone flight operations.

2. How far and how high can you fly?

Typical commercial operations allow us to fly up to 400 feet above ground level and always within line of sight. When needed, we operate within local regulations and FAA waivers for special circumstances.

3. Can you fly over people or moving vehicles?

Flying directly over people, especially in populated areas, usually requires additional FAA waivers. We’ll evaluate your location and scope in the planning phase and advise whether a waiver is needed.

4. What equipment do you use and what formats do you record in?

We use the DJI Mavic 3 Cine with a 4/3″ Hasselblad sensor and ProRes HQ internal recording. We can deliver files in 5.1K up to 50 fps or 4K up to 60 fps in H.264, ProRes, or other requested codecs depending on your workflow.

5. Are you insured?

Yes — we carry full aviation liability insurance plus equipment coverage so you’re protected when working with us.

6. What kind of projects do you support with drones?

We handle everything from commercial video & brand campaigns, automotive/motorsports aerials, real-estate marketing, land/roof inspections, event coverage, and more. If you have a specific use-case, just ask and we’ll tailor our flight plan.

7. Do you need special permits or planning for restricted airspace?

Yes — we check airspace class and local restrictions before every flight. Some zones (near airports, restricted zones) may require 90-day or longer applications for authorizations. We’ll handle the process and advise you on timing.

8. How much does your drone service cost?

For stand-alone drone work we charge a flat $200 per hour (minimum 1 hour). When the drone is included as part of a full production day, we offer a discounted flat fee of $500 add-on.

9. What happens if weather or conditions prevent flight?

Drone flights depend on weather and air-safety conditions. If we cannot safely fly on the scheduled day, we’ll work with you to re-schedule or provide alternative coverage where possible.
